 As a coordinator, it is their responsibility to coordinate and handle the inventory, ensuring that the quantity and quality of materials align with company standards. Under the supervision of the Director of Operations and the Supervisor of the warehouse.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Review and improve the actual warehouse flow by providing solutions to organize the warehouse in a more efficient way.
  • Coordinate shipping workflow and other warehouse operations.
  • Participate in the implementation of the WMS; warehouse management systems (WMS) and Systems Applications and Products in Data Processing (SAP) software.
  • Maintains the daily shipping and receiving schedule.
  • Weighing raw materials to validate physical quantities with virtual quantities, and warehouse bin locations
  • Dispatches and answers inbound truck orders.
  • Categorizes inventory and completes inventory tracking.
  • Data entry for locations, productivity reports, packing lists, and other documentation.
  • Collaborates with the warehouse supervisor.
  • Assists the operations department with fulfillment.
  • Escalates issues to managers when necessary.
  • Adheres to good manufacturing practices (GMP).

Skills & Competencies

  • Sense of urgency in organizational planning
  • Problem-solving, judgment calls and decision making skills
  • Good communication skills French and English
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in relevant computer applications including MS Word and Excel

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma
  • Lift-driver and warehouse experience 5 years
  • Familiar with warehouse management system (WMS) technology an asset
  • Must have a license to safely use warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks
  • Experience with physical and virtual inventory

Work Schedule

·         Monday to Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.                                                  

·         40 hours / week
