Postworkout Smoothie Recipe:

1 cup kefir

5 whole strawberries, sliced

½ ripe banana

1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)

2 tsp. ground flaxseed

1 tsp. vanilla extract

1 tsp. honey (optional)

Ice cubes

Blend together well, and enjoy!

Tuna salad (with light mayo) on a slice of whole-wheat toast

Peanut butter and apple slices

Yogurt parfait (yogurt of choice, with fresh berries, shredded coconut, and nuts of choice)
