Manufacturing Clerk (Coating/Samples/Sanitation/Boxing)

Join our team as a Manufacturing Clerk to support various departments such as enteric coating, samples (sachets, powders, etc.), manufacturing sanitation and boxing and help us make a difference.

Main Tasks and Key Responsibilities

• Read the production orders and prepare the necessary materials for enteric coating.
• Prepare, adjust, and operate the coating machine.
• Manually inspect capsules for manufacturing defects.
• Fill out the production and quality control documentation.
• Clean equipment (machines, parts, etc.).
• Assist the Boxing Operator occasionally and serve as backup during vacations.
• Produce various types of samples (sachets, powders, etc.).
• Assist with cleaning of the manufacturing department.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and comply with quality control standards.
• Train new employees when needed.
• Perform various tasks in manufacturing and production.

Required Competences and Skills

• Hold a high school diploma.
• Ability to work at a fast pace in a manufacturing environment.
• Versatile, team player, and capable of performing manual tasks.
• Meticulous, organized, precise and detail oriented.
• Ability to work standing up, bending, squatting, lifting and moving loads of 20 to 30 lbs.
• Ability to read and write French.
• Strong aptitude for mental arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or food industry is an asset.

Education

Hold a high school diploma.

Schedule

Monday to Friday: 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
40 hours / week - Full-time permanent position
