We are currently looking for an outstanding Sales Representative in Ontario, Mississauga and
Brampton area. This full-time permanent position offers a wide range of responsibilities with the
opportunity to demonstrate initiative in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
Main Tasks and Key Responsibilities
- Establishing, developing and maintaining business relationships with current and
- prospective customers in the assigned territory to generate incremental sales.
- Executing annual sales plans including merchandizing, promotional and in-store point of
- sales materials.
- Keeping management informed by submitting activity and results’ reports, such as daily
- call/visit reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
- Monitoring competitive activities by gathering current marketplace information on pricing,
- products, new products, merchandizing techniques, etc.
- Managing and organizing territory for optimal results.
- Manage major accounts (key accounts).
Required Competences and Skills
- Strong knowledge of the retail trade, including merchandising best practices.
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs, the changes in the industry and the competition.
- Ambitious, sales orientated and a strong sense of organization.
- A valid driver’s licence and a vehicle.
Education
Minimum of three (3) years of consumer goods sales experience in the Ontario, Mississauga and Brampton territory. Experience in the natural health products industry, Pharma OTC and/or health and beauty would be an asset. Minimum of one (1) year of key account management experience.
Schedule
* 5 days per week.
