Main Tasks and Key Responsibilities
- Promote, market, and sell NFH/Vitazan products using an educational and professional approach based on scientific data to licensed health practitioners and their clinics.
- Establish new accounts while maintaining and growing existing ones (in person, by phone, and email).
- Participate in NFH/Vitazan exhibitions at trade shows and conferences, organize necessary materials, and ensure follow-up.
- Deliver product and information presentations based on evidence to healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with head office for customer inquiries, order processing, and handling credits and returns.
- Perform administrative tasks: account organization, client file preparation, prospecting planning, report preparation and submission, etc.
- Manage accounts and sponsorship programs with naturopathic colleges in the territory and associated student representatives.
Required Competences and Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent interpersonal, oral (including presentations), and written communication skills.
- Ability to understand client needs, demonstrated customer service skills, problem-solving, follow-up, and support.
- Ambitious, passionate about learning, sales-oriented, and highly organized.
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle.
Education
Strong knowledge in naturopathy (ND) and/or scientific training (BSc, MSc, MScN) with a focus on nutrition or health sciences. Two (2) years of sales experience (training will also be provided).

Work Location: On the road
This is a full-time or part-time position with a salary and sales bonuses.
