Main Tasks and Key Responsibilities

• Promotional material coordination, including assembly, inventory monitoring, and fulfilment.
• Administrative support such as report generation and on-line market research.
• Assistance during corporate events.
• Other marketing or customer service-related tasks as needs arise.
• Potential opportunities to contribute to marketing projects.

Required Competences and Skills

• Verbally bilingual, English and French; good written English.
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic, with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Excellent attention to detail and good organization skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Understanding of project management tools, preferably Asana.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Enthusiasm for creative tasks and contributing to team projects.
• Position requires regular physical activity, bending, handling/lifting (5-10kg), and climbing stairs.

Education

College diploma or education in a related field.

Schedule

Full-time permanent position (40 hours per week)
Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (at the office)
