Chilled Turmeric Coconut Nog
There's so much hustle and bustle around the holiday period. I hope you get to spend some time slowing down and enjoying gatherings with family, friends, and good food. Here is a healthy holiday drink that is delicious and easy to prepare on top of being vegan, paleo, and gluten-free.

Ingredients
- 1 cup full fat coconut milk
- ¼ cup water
- 3 Medjool dates, pitted
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- ¾ tsp. fresh grated nutmeg
- ⅛–¼ tsp. turmeric powder
- 5 large ice cubes (optional: use unsweetened almond milk)
Instructions
Blend all BUT the ice in a blender until smooth. Add ice and blend again. Serve immediately.
