Directions of Use
Adults: Take 2 capsules twice daily or as directed by your health-care practitioner.
Ingredients

| Organic plantain (Plantago major) leaf | 500 mg |
| Organic alfalfa (Medicago sativa) herb | 100 mg |
| Organic lobelia (Lobelia inflata) herb top | 50 mg |
| Other ingredients: Vegetable magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide in a non-GMO vegetable capsule composed of vegetable carbohydrate gum and purified water. | |
Warnings
Contains no: Gluten, soy, wheat, corn, eggs, dairy, yeast, citrus, preservatives, artificial flavour or colour, starch, or sugar.
Cautions and warnings: Consult a health-care practitioner prior to use if you are taking blood thinners; if you are undergoing hormone replacement therapy (HRT); or if you are taking birth-control medication. Consult a health-care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen.
Contraindications: Do not use if you are pregnant or breast-feeding; or if you have a history of systemic lupus erythematosus.
Known adverse reactions: May cause nausea and vomiting. Do not exceed the recommended dose; overdose may lead to convulsions, diaphoresis, hypotension, hyperthermia, or tachycardia.
