Pumpkin Banana Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup of unsweetened almond or coconut milk
- ½ banana (can be frozen)
- 3 tbsp. New Roots Herbal’s Pumpkin Seed Protein
- 1 tbsp. raw cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp. of natural nut butter (I like either almond or peanut butter)
- ⅛ tsp. cinnamon
- New Roots Herbal’s Sweet ‛n Clean Xylitol, to taste (optional)
