Directions of Use
Adolescent 14–18 years: As a dietary supplement, stir ⅛ teaspoon into juice, water, or food once to twice daily or as directed by your health-care practitioner. Adults: As a dietary supplement, stir ⅛ teaspoon into juice, water, or food one to three times daily or as directed by your health-care practitioner.

Contains no: Gluten, soy, wheat, eggs, dairy, yeast, citrus, preservatives, artificial flavour or colour, starch, or sugar.
