Adults: Take ¼ teaspoon (1000 mg) before meals three times daily. Mix with 8 oz. of water or orange or apple juice, or as directed by your health-care practitioner. Take with Calcium Ascorbate for better results. Avoid taking at bed time.
Duration of use: Use for a minimum of 4 weeks to see beneficial effects.
