New Roots Herbalβs Calcium Magnesium Citrate is a well-balanced highly bioavailable formula featuring the two critical minerals for the maintenance of sound skeletal health and execution of metabolic functions.
Calcium and magnesium are the primary minerals responsible for the growth and maintenance of bones, teeth, and muscles. Calcium forms the internal lattice that accounts for the structural integrity of bones. Magnesium is the mineral responsible for the formation of osteoblasts (bone cells). Equally important is that magnesium acts to release calcium from marrow when blood serum levels are low.
The formula includes vitamin D3 (calciferol), which is essential for the absorption of calcium. The minerals potassium, zinc, manganese, vanadium, chromium, and selenium are included to support the immune system, blood sugar management, and overall metabolic processes including hundreds of enzymatic reactions.
Directions of Use
Adults: Take 2Β capsules twice daily with meals or as directed by your health-care practitioner. If you are taking other medications, take this product a few hours before of after them.
