Directions of Use
Adults: Take 1Β capsule three times daily with food. If you are taking other medication, take this product a few hours before or after them.
Warnings
Contains no: Gluten, soy, wheat, eggs, dairy, citrus, preservatives, artificial flavour or colour, starch, or sugar.
Cautions and warnings: Consult a health-care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breast-feeding; if you have diabetes; if you are taking blood-pressure medication; or if you have a liver disease, a kidney disease, or a seizure disorder. Folic acid supplements can mask a vitamin B12 deficiency; consult a health-care practitioner prior to use if you are unsure whether you are taking enough B12.
Known adverse reactions: People sensitive to nicotinic acid may experience flushing of the skin that is generally mild and transient. Discontinue use and consult a health-care practitioner in case of sweating, paleness, chills, headache, dizziness, or confusion, as these may be symptoms of serious low blood sugar.
