Its botanical backbone is an extract of common andrographis (Andrographis paniculata), proven in clinical trials to demonstrate a significant reduction for severity of symptoms and duration of common colds.
Cold and Flu boasts extracts of six traditional alternative medicine stalwarts that include astragalus, European elderberry, echinacea, rosemary, and myrrh, which collectively strengthen immune-system performance.
Our unique formula further contains a trio of mushrooms revered for their immune-enhancing prowess. Hot-water extracts of maitake, reishi, and shiitake—each containing a minimum 40% polysaccharides—complete our formula.

Directions of Use
Adults: Take 1 capsule daily with food, beginning at the onset of cold symptoms, or as directed by your health-care practitioner. Take for 4 to 5 days before noticing results.
Duration of use:Consult a health-care practitioner for use beyond 10 days.
Warnings
Contains no: Gluten, soy, wheat, eggs, dairy, yeast, citrus, preservatives, artificial colour or flavour, starch, or sugar.
Cautions and warnings: Consult a health-care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Consult a health-care practitioner prior to use if you are taking prescription medications; if you have an autoimmune disorder; if you are taking immunosuppressants; if you have a progressive systemic disease such as tuberculosis, leukemia, collagenosis, multiple sclerosis, AIDS and/or HIV infection; if you have a kidney disorder or diabetes; if you have blood pressure problems; or if you are taking blood thinners.
Contraindications: Do not use if you are pregnant or breast-feeding.
Known adverse events: Hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use.
