Dimethylglycine is a derivative of glycine, a nonessential amino acid.
N,N-Dimethylglycine (DMG) is a methylated amino acid found in all cells, and is part of the biochemical pathway to synthesize glycine, a major building block for proteins and biological molecules.
The human body produces and metabolizes DMG during cellular respiration.
Each capsule contains 125 mg of DMG that helps support muscle recovery and maintain healthy immune function.
Directions of Use
Adults: Take 5 capsules daily or as directed by your health-care practitioner.
