gamma‑Aminobutyric acid (GABA) is the pivotal compound employed by nerve cells as a defense mechanism for stress. It populates specific receptors within neurons: Once GABA receptors are locked down, neurons open up to allow negatively charged ions to pass through; this reduces the excitability of neurons, and thus, stress. Our formula also contains the biologically active form of vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5′‑phosphate), a vital precursor for neurotransmitter synthesis.
