MSM helps relieve joint pain associated with osteoarthritis.
Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) is an organosulfur compound containing a sulfonyl functional group. It provides relief to joint pain that comes from osteoarthritis. MSM can be combined with vitamin C to aid building and maintaining healthy cells.
Directions of Use
Adults: Take ½ teaspoon (1,000 mg) before meals three times daily. Mix with 8 oz. of water or orange or apple juice, or as directed by your health-care practitioner. Take with Vitamin C Calcium Ascorbate for better results. Avoid taking at bed time.
Duration of use: Use for a minimum of 4 weeks to see beneficial effects.
Warnings
Contains no: Gluten, soy, wheat, corn, eggs, dairy, yeast, citrus, preservatives, artificial flavour or colour, starch, or sugar.
Cautions and warnings: Consult a health-care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breast-feeding. Consult a health-care practitioner if symptoms worsen.
Known adverse reaction: Some people may experience mild gastrointestinal bloating, constipation, or indigestion.
Store in a cool, dry place. Keep out of reach of children.
