The Richest Part of the Berry
Sea buckthorn berries yield an oil unlike most others. Extracted from the pulp, it is rich in omega‑7, a rare fatty acid present in only a handful of plants, along with the carotenoids and lycopene that give it a brilliant orange-red colour. Supercritical CO₂ extraction, a gentle and solvent-free method, draws out the oil at low temperatures. The berry oil remains nondeodorized and is bottled with a touch of organic rosemary leaf extract, which protects its freshness and keeps its natural potency and aroma intact.
This face mask deeply nourishes dry skin, leaving it looking softer, smoother, and more radiant. Use it weekly to support your skin against the appearance of fine lines and to revitalize your complexion. Ten to fifteen drops and twenty unhurried minutes are all it takes, then rinse with a mild cleanser and warm water.
The vibrant natural orangey-red colour is due to the high carotenoid and lycopene content. It will temporarily give your skin an apricot tint until you wash it off, but it will permanently stain certain fabrics. Refer to the directions for best results.

Why Skin Loves an Oil
The outermost layer of skin holds itself together with lipids. Flattened cells sit layered like tiles, and a fine lipid film fills the spaces between them, sealing moisture in and keeping the surface supple. That film is made of ceramides, cholesterol, and fatty acids, and it thins with cold, dry air, hot water, harsh cleansers, and age. As it thins, moisture escapes faster than skin can replace it, and that is what tightness, flaking, and dullness actually are. Facial oils help reinforce this protective layer by supplying skin-conditioning lipids and creating a light occlusive film that slows moisture loss. Sea buckthorn berry oil brings omega‑7, or palmitoleic acid—one of the fatty acids skin produces on its own—along with the fat-soluble carotenoids that travel with it. Used as a mask, a generous, even layer gives dry skin an intensive dose of lipid-rich nourishment. Left undisturbed for at least 20 minutes, it helps reduce moisture loss and leaves the skin feeling softer, smoother, and more supple.
Signs your skin is thirsty for nourishment
- Your complexion looks dull and tired by afternoon
- Moisturizer disappears within an hour of applying it
- Skin feels tight and papery after cleansing
- Fine lines look more pronounced on dry days
- Foundation clings and flakes instead of gliding on smoothly
Get the most out of Sea Buckthorn Berry Oil Mask
Lower your shower temperature
Hot water can strip away the lipids that keep skin supple, and the face feels it first. Finish showers with cool or lukewarm water and pat dry rather than rub.
Eat enough good fat
Skin needs essential fatty acids to build and maintain its protective lipid barrier. Foods such as olive oil, avocado, nuts, seeds, and fatty fish provide healthy fats that support normal skin function from within.
Protect your sleep
Researchers tracking how fast skin rebuilds its moisture barrier found that a single lost night set recovery back measurably. Skin does its repair work while you sleep, so guard those hours.
Directions of Use
Place 10–15 drops in your hand and gently massage into skin, avoiding contact with nearby fabrics and objects as it will stain. Wash hands after application. Allow the oil to absorb for at least 20 minutes, up to 2 hours. Wash away colour pigment and excess oil, then pat dry using a cloth designated for skin-care use, as staining may still occur.
Warnings
Caution: The natural orange-red colour is due to the high carotenoid and lycopene content. While it may temporarily discolour skin until washed off, it will permanently stain fabrics.
Best if used within 6 months of opening, or refrigerate to prolong use. Oil will thicken; place bottle in warm water to liquefy.
For external use only. Do not consume. Keep out of reach of children. Do not apply on an open wound.
