Spirulina is freshwater-sourced of deep-green algae rich in protein, vitamins, minerals, and carotenoids critical for great health and wellbeing. It helps reduce symptoms of allergic rhinitis such as nasal discharge, sneezing, nasal congestion and itching.

Spirulina is a healthy, easily digestible, cholesterol-free source of essential amino acids. Spirulina also contains carotenoids that serve as precursors for vitamin A synthesis. The omega-3 fatty acids alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) and gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) found in spirulina help lower cholesterol, promote cardiovascular wellbeing, and improve the condition of connective tissue for improved joint mobility. Directions of Use
