Marrakech Express

 
This splendid spread is our summertime “house condiment,” which oozes simplicity and fosters addiction. Goes great with grilled chicken and roasted vegetables. Stores well refrigerated for a couple of weeks.
 

    


Ingredients

  • One bunch of cilantro
  • One bulb of garlic (peeled)
  • 6 jalapeño peppers, stems removed
  • ¼ teaspoon cumin
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ cup Heart Smart Olive Oil (or more for desired consistency)


Instructions

Chop, dice, blend, and enjoy!
