Taheebo herbal tea originates from Brazil and is made by shredding, then drying the inner bark of the pau d’arco tree. Once brewed, this herbal tea has an earthy taste and can be refrigerated for up to one week.

Adults: Boil desired quantity for 3 minutes in 600 ml of fresh water and let simmer for 15 minutes. Strain before drinking. Refrigerate unused portion.
