Fermented Beet Dip and Golden Lemonade
Fermented Beet Dip
- 1 can chickpeas
- ⅔ cup water
- ½ lemon
- ⅔ garlic clove
- 4 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp. nutritional yeast
- 1 tbsp. New Roots Herbal’s Fermented Red Beet
- Sea salt, to taste
Whip it up in a blender and voilà!

- 2 Golden Delicious apples
- 1 organic lemon
- 1 tsp. New Roots Herbal’s Fermented Turmeric
Juice the apple and lemon. Blend with Fermented Turmeric.
To serve cold, pour it over ice. To serve hot, heat on stovetop or in microwave.
Garnish with orange slice and mint leaves. Enjoy!
