Winter’s Protein Broth
This hearty sipping soup is suitable for entertaining or for healthy nutrition and energy on the go!
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 medium-sized onion (diced)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 10 cups spinach, chopped
- 2 cups kale, finely diced, including stems
- 4 cups water
- 4 tbsp. New Roots Herbal’s Beef Bone Broth Protein
- Salt and pepper to taste
Sauté onion and garlic over medium heat until tender, then add kale and continue for several minutes. Incorporate remaining ingredients, bring to a boil, then simmer for ten minutes.
