Berry Delicious Lentil Smoothie

This smoothie is loaded with fibre, protein, and healthy fats, making it an excellent and well-balanced meal replacement option to fuel your day and your body.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup canned or cooked lentils (if canned, rinse well)
  • 1 cup almond milk (add more if needed)
  • 1 tsp. coconut oil
  • ½ cup frozen berries of choice
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tbsp. hemp seeds

Instructions

Blend everything together and enjoy! If you want to keep your smoothie cool, add some ice.
